Orders
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN ORDERS.
Changes and cancellations can be done if an order has not been proceeded. Please email us at as soon as possible. Items that have been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Returns & Exchanges
If you have any issues with your order, we must be contacted within 5 days after product has been received.
All sales are final.
Only unused, and unopened products can be exchanged. No refunds on any purchases that have been shipped and received. We do not refund shipping costs.
Shipping & Processing
Orders placed before 5PM CT will be processed the next business day.
Shipping time is dependent on carrier.
We CANNOT edit addresses once order has been processed. Please make sure the address is correct when submitting your order.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied for any order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
International customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can be lawfully imported to your country.
Trainings
All deposits and payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Remaining class balance is due 24 hours before class date. Please contact us with any questions.
Rescheduling & Cancellations: Class can be rescheduled ONE time with 48 hour notice. Class must be rescheduled within 30 days of initial class date. Deposit will only transfer over ONCE.
Guests: Absolutely no guests are allowed in the training room. No children are allowed on training day. Only the person taking the training is allowed in the training room at all times.
DISCLAIMER: This is not a licensing course. Be aware of your state’s licensing laws before booking. These classes do not license you to practice legally in states where licensing is required.
